Shipping & Returns

Shop Orders:

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details and an order number directly to the email address provided during checkout. Order processing takes 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirming shipping and the tracking number. Shipping time depends on the shipping speed selected at checkout.

Standard and ground shipping within the United States takes 4-8 days. If you do not receive your items within 14 days of placing your order, please reach out to us at mellowedit@mellow-bar.com with your order number. We’ll look into it and get back to you as soon as possible. If you have any further questions, please refer to our FAQs.

If you change your mind about your purchase, packages that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Please reach out to mellowedit@mellow-bar.com to start the process.
