Cancellation policy

Mellow Edit currently offers one-time purchases only. We do not offer subscription or recurring purchase plans.

Once an order has been placed, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping. If you need assistance with an order, please contact us at mellowedit@mellow-bar.com.

For returns and refunds, please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy. Eligible items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all sale items are final sale.
