The clear ink can be applied under or over other color inks:
Under color inks: creates a smooth, even gradient
Over color inks: re-moisturizes the colors to blend seamlessly with other shades
After application, allow the ink to dry for 10–15 seconds, then seal with a top coat for vibrant, long-lasting results.
